Refund & Cancellation Policy

Luxur Cosmed maintains a strict and transparent refund policy in line with medical service regulations.

1.⁠ ⁠Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.⁠ ⁠Treatment & Procedure Fees

• Once a treatment or procedure has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3.⁠ ⁠Advance & Booking Amounts

• Advance payments for treatments or surgeries are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be permitted at the clinic’s discretion.

4.⁠ ⁠Medical Contraindication

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Treatment has not started

• A certified medical contraindication is identified

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations require minimum 24-hour prior notice.

• Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

6.⁠ ⁠Surgical Procedures

For procedures such as hair transplant, gynaecomastia, or weight-loss surgery:

• Booking amount is strictly non-refundable

• Date changes depend on surgeon and OT availability

7.⁠ ⁠Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
